HUGO PEREZ is an American filmmaker whose work often deals with his Cuban roots. He directed Neither Memory Nor Magic, and co-directed Once Upon A Time In Uganda (Grand Jury Award DOCNYC 2021) with Cathryne Czubek. His films have aired on HBO, Showtime, and PBS.
